  Hosted Buyers will benefit from an effective and efficient business environment through our Pre-Scheduled Appointment System (PSA) which will schedule up to 30 one-to-one meetings with suppliers during a three-day period.

  • A personal itinerary of appointments with exhibitors, arranged prior to the event & based on buyer preferences

  Pre-Scheduled appointments are one to one appointments between buyers and exhibitors, at GIBTM this involves:

  Up to 30 Pre-Scheduled Appointments over a three-day period

  Appointments arranged and organised in advance and are selected based on buyer preferences outlined at registration

  Personalised online diary for all buyers arranged before the show

  Become a Group Coordinator

  Bring 10 or more of your key clients as Hosted Buyers and you and your buyers will enjoy free flights and accommodation courtesy of GIBTM and benefit from a host of promotional opportunities.
